Delete your account

You can delete your FieldHunters account at any time, together with your personal data.

In the app or on the website

• Open Settings (from your hunter page).
• At the bottom, choose Delete my account.
• Type DELETE to confirm. The account is deleted at once and you are signed out.

Without the app

Email support@fieldhunters.games from the address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your hunter name, email address, password and sign-in links (such as Google).
• Your postal address, phone number and date of birth.
• Your hunter, finds, coins, chat messages and place on the field.
• Any treasure still on your balance. Withdraw it first if you want to keep it.

What is kept

If you made payments, received payouts or went through an identity check, we keep those records for as long as the law requires (accounting and anti-money-laundering rules), without your name or contact details. A pass still running ends without a refund, and a card subscription is cancelled so you are never charged again.

A payout still being processed must be sent before the account can be deleted. More in our privacy policy.
